Starting the Year Right

As the New Year is fast approaching and I can’t do anything with that, I need to make the plans for myself and my love ones. These plans include the future of my family and myself as well. I need to review and get term life insurance as soon as the New Year starts because my feng shui doesn’t say much positive things about my year next year.

It’s a big step because not everyone can afford to have these insurances; why? Because not everyone have a stable job and most of them as of the moment lost their jobs due to the global financial crisis. I do not want to be like that so starting the year right would be a perfect thing for me. I hope that everyone who had suffered it can rise up and can have a positive year ahead.

Choosing a Home

When you are starting a family, the first thing you will think is the welfare of your children. For example, if you are moving into another house, you will make sure that the house is near establishments like church, market, playground for your little ones and the school, which is the top most priority. It’s also the same in choosing the wood flooring for your home.

Most couple who were not blessed with children in the first few years of their marriage tend to go to a cement looking flooring because it looks elegant, but if you have children already, wood definitely fit the house. There are wood floorings that looks elegant and sophisticated to look at and more importantly, when there are mess on the floor, it is easy for you to clean it up.

Gotta Go My Own Way

My friend called me last night to ask me if I know about this site that gathers all information about what’s the best diet pills to take. She knows that I have been looking out for a site where I can see the details of the products they are offering. My mother never approved of me taking diet pills because she said I can loose weight without taking those. I can exercise and drink lots of fluids instead of eating lots of foods and loose weight.

These were always her reminder to me when I was in college and I followed her, truly. But I didn’t see no difference in me since I did that. I have always followed her advice and I think now I have to follow mine. So when I finally landed on a job and I can at least provide for what I want to buy, like those pills, I told my mother that I am going to do it my own way this time, I’m glad she never wasted that great conversation..:)

Dreaming Las Vegas

After moving to Arizona, I have always dreamt of going to the best and the entertainment capital of the world, which is in Las Vegas. Staying in one of the hotels las vegas will prove my dream come true and nothing else. Way back from Korea, I have been hearng more and more about Vegas from my friends, students who already visited the city and they only have good memories back there. So when we finally decided to move here, for my husbands job, the dream of Vegas always cross my mind.

Then, one evening, when I was late preparing the dinner, my husband told me that we can have the weekend in Las Vegas. Smell the city’s air and have fun playing in al casinos. I jumed for joy because that weekend would be perfect as the kids will spend their weekend on camp and we can go by ourselves. Kids cannot play in Vegas, you know? Ahh, this would truly be a dream come true.
