I have availed of the extended service plan from the air-conditioning unit I bought. I have decided to get one because I realize that this manufacturer’s warranty can save me some money as explained by the sales representative. Instead of a year warranty, they have extended it to 3 years of free service checkup, cleaning and parts replacement incase that there are malfunctions from the unit. I also did this to my car that I bought last year but luckily it is still in good working condition and I do not have to call the manufacturer for service checkup. I would also advice this to my mother in law who is also interested in buying an appliance.
