Things have not been going well for an Oakland motorcycle accident lawyer. After his client has been incarcerated last month due to their loss at the said motorcycle accident, he himself is now facing a case – something much like the dilemma of his previous client. The said lawyer is currently dealing with a case filed against him by a cyclist who complains of harassment done by the lawyer. According to the twenty-nine year old cyclist, he was going around the town in his bike when he came across the lawyer. “He was staring at me as if he was furious at something wrong that I did when in fact I do not have any idea who he is”, said the complainant. As of the moment, the defendant has not given any statement on the matter.
