Standing Up for Life

For most people, being in a facility like a drug rehab may seem to be the worst thing that they have ever entered in their entire life. Once you entered that facility, you can never get out of its shadow, you will always carry that fact that you were once there and no one will accept you as you are.

But, I think otherwise. Once you have entered that facility, you are changing your life for the better.

You are making a change for most people who have gone wrong in their lives. You are a hero for them because you stood up and face the fact that there is something wrong. I salute those who admit and thumbs down to those who don’t.

Hello, Miami!

Since the holidays is fast approaching, most hotels have been booked like crazy these days and if you want to book one, at this moment, you are so lucky if you book at least one good suit. The family were thinking of having Christmas In New York or Miami, we haven’t spend Christmas or any other Holiday there yet, so we are hoping to find at least god deal.

We tried hotels in New York but we were out of luck, then we have booked a miami hotel and we were so damn lucky! It was the last suit in that budget of ours and we got it! I can’t wait to see Miami, it’s weather, the Miami Art Museum and the Kampong, a botanical garden in Coconut Grove.

Trend for Men

Formal events have been the trend for most Christmas occasions. And in this trend, the girls always wear formal dresses, long gowns with corsages, like those of the Prom Night. The guys go for the traditional and the trendy tuxedo jackets, which make them look so elegant even if it only have to colors. When my husband and I got married, I ask him to wear a tuxedo because a guy looks more handsome with a tux that with a tie.

Plus, they will look more Hollywood celebrity than others. I want him to stand out in the crowd, not only me getting all the spotlight on our wedding day. It should be us on that day. I am glad he liked the idea and until now, when we look back, he still stands out among the rest.

Most modern furniture these days are in the latest trend when it comes to renovating a new home. My aunt was into this just recently and she had the chance to change entirely their old house because of the pension my uncle got.

Of course, they have save some money for the later needs like insurances and others but one thing that my uncle wanted was to make aunt happy by purchasing these awesome collection of modern furniture. I do believe that old is still where my heart is but a little touch of these modern thing won’t hurt, it lightens the mood a bit.

Women and Jewels

I told myself, that before I even left this world, I will own a diamond or even loose diamonds no matter what age I’m in. It is a girls best friend and before I die, I want to have that best friend beside me and hand it over to my daughter before I even spoke my last words.

When my husband proposed to me, there was no ring and he said that it is to follow, like a document in your profile when you are looking for a job. I was young and really loved him a lot so it didn’t matter. When we got married, we only have gold rings on our wedding day, at least we have wedding rings he said,  well it was all that we can afford anyway. Up to now, after 10 years of being married to each other, I only have that one gold ring and a necklace which he bought me after our 10th anniversary. Only two jewelries in 10 years..that is just pitiful.
