I have always wanted to lose weight but unfortunately, I don’t know how to start. I have heard a lot of things about different diets that work but I am not so sure if it will work for me as well. I know that diets don’t restrict you from eating foods but encourage you to eat healthier foods instead and that is what I love about it. I have tried going to the gym before but my schedule now won’t allow me to go to the gym anymore. I am actually planning to have a proper diet but I will have to do a research first on what diet will surely work.
