I workout a lot using a treadmill so that I can get my body back where it belonged. Ever since I got married and got pregnant after a while..I seem to have the hardest time when it comes to losing weight. I want my body back but it seems to hard to do because I eat much..I can’t really balance that for I have two kids that I always have to follow around, I need energy so I eat a lot. When my kids are eating, I also eat and I hate myself for doing that so I need to have a discipline at least. I workout when my kids are asleep..it’s okay if I don’t get much sleep as long as I can have my body back.
