Information 101

I first saw a spirometer when my uncle brought me into his clinic. He is a pulmonologist, a lung doctor. He gave me some information about this kind of apparatus and told me it is used in measuring the volume of air inspired and expired by our lungs and it records the amount of air and rate of air over a specified period of time.

I know that those things don’t matter to me right now, but someday, it will. I’ll never know if I am going to use it in my science class in the future or maybe my internship when I get me into a hospital and work there. New information is always good to take in.
