Getting things done

Taking weight loss pills have always been my routine since last year for almost everyday. I got lazy going to the gym and even do exercise at home so I took supplements instead. I think I do some exercises for myself when I walk to work in the morning if I get to get up early. My doctor said that even though these pills are getting the things done, it is still good that I do a little exercise even for just 15 minutes a day..and a question for myself occurred..can I do that?
