Five Finger Books

In organizing files, it has been a lot of effort to spent when doing this. It takes all the time in the world especially if you are working in such a big company. Our admin manager just resigned a few weeks ago and it is my job now, as the admin assistant to manage everything until we find a new manager. Actually, this kind of work is always given to me and whether or not we have a manager, I still will do it. Good thing, that my boss approves the document management system. I think he saw me cramming with all the files and he knows I don’t have any help so this is going to be a big help for me. A little computer savvy thing is what I need and there I am, full of hope with another day in the office.
