Five Finger Books

It is really hard to look for jobs especially when you’re competing with graduates. Like with me,  I am an undergrad,  I wasn’t able to finish my studies because when I was eighteen my father died and as the eldest I need to support my family since the money that we get from the government is not enough to sustain our needs.

Good thing one of my fathers’ friend helped us by hiring me at his restaurant as one of his waiters. I am so glad, and I promised him that I will work hard. I’ll prove to him that he made the right choice. And you know what, after three years of working hard in his restaurant, I am now one of his supervisors.  One thing I’ve learned about life, we all need to give our best when we want to achieve our dreams. We should never give up.
